Alhamdulillah, saya memanjatkan setinggi-tinggi kesyukuran kerana Allah SWT telah memberi saya kesempatan untuk menunaikan Umrah selama 12 hari bersama Hulm Hijrah. Sebagai first timer, perjalanan ini benar-benar meninggalkan kesan yang mendalam dalam hati. Ia bukan sekadar sebuah perjalanan, tetapi satu pengalaman yang mengajar saya tentang erti kesabaran, keikhlasan, pengorbanan dan pergantungan sepenuhnya kepada Allah SWT. Sepanjang berada di Tanah Suci, ada pahit dan manis yang perlu dilalui. Ada ketika saya berdepan dengan cabaran dan kesukaran, namun setiap ujian itu akhirnya menjadi pengalaman yang sangat berharga. Ia menguatkan diri, mendidik hati untuk lebih sabar dan membuatkan saya semakin menghargai setiap nikmat yang Allah kurniakan. Dalam kesukaran itu juga, terselit begitu banyak momen indah yang akan sentiasa saya simpan dalam ingatan. Saat beribadah di Tanah Suci, melihat Kaabah, berdoa dengan penuh harapan serta merasai bersama jemaah/keluarga merupakan pengalaman yang susah untuk digambarkan dengan kata-kata. Semuanya menjadi kenangan yang sangat bermakna dan akan sentiasa dirindui. Setinggi\-tinggi penghargaan dan terima kasih saya ucapkan khususnya kepada Ustaz Muhammad dan Ustaz Huzaini atas segala ilmu, bimbingan, tunjuk ajar dan kesabaran dalam membimbing saya dalam sepanjang perjalanan. The Private Pilgrimage – Umrah Rabiulawal (Sep 2026) Allahumma salli ala sayyidina Muhammad wa ala ali sayyidina Muhammad. Alhamdulillah thumma Alhamdulillah. I could not have asked for a better first Umrah experience. From the moment our family set the intention to perform Umrah earlier this year, we scoured the web, social media, and personal contacts for an agency that could accommodate our request for a private group of 11 pax. Hulm Hijrah & Tours responded promptly with a comprehensive text and sincere voice note that immediately caught our attention. We even joined their wisata trip to Malacca in May 2026 to get acquainted with the team beforehand. Alhamdulillah, it was a positive experience that boosted our confidence in them. In the months leading up to our trip, Ustaz Huzaini and his team conducted several manasik sessions in the comfort of our home. As a first-timer, much of the information felt overwhelming, but Ustaz consistently brought us back to the core purpose of Umrah - answering Allah SWT's invitation. That reminder kept me grounded, focused, and far less stressed than I might otherwise have been. The relief I felt stepping into Madinah for the first time was indescribable. It was as though the spiritual build-up there gave me the strength and confidence for Umrah. Allah SWT eased so many difficulties for me along the way, and I am deeply grateful that the heavy emotions I was experiencing for the first time went uninterrupted, thanks to the seamless operations of Hulm Hijrah & Tours. I barely had to think about logistics or welfare because Ustaz Huzaini and our esteemed mutawwif, Ustaz Muhammad Sa'ie, took care of everything. I was also touched by the sincere care Ustaz Huzaini and Ustaz Muhammad showed the elders in our group. Extra attention was also given to the few first-timers among us. Clear instructions were given daily and any feedback/request was acted upon immediately. Ustaz Muhammad is super candid yet knowledgeable. He shared many important lessons, especially at the historically significant sites we visited, and was always happy to engage in our discussions. Both Ustaz Huzaini and Ustaz Muhammad were warm and approachable, which made it easy for us to ask questions and exchange thoughts. All in all, it is the level of responsibility and sincerity displayed by the people at Hulm Hijrah & Tours that make them truly remarkable. I wish them continued success and the grit to persevere even through difficult moments. May Allah SWT reward them for the joy and comfort they have brought into the lives of their pilgrims. My mum (Beeve) went on their Uzbekistan tour and absolutely loved it. She is an elderly traveller and was very well taken care of throughout the trip. This was my first time travelling with Hulm Hijrah on a packaged tour, and InsyaAllah will not be my last.👌 As a 74 year old traveller, I truly appreciated how well the itinerary was designed. There was plenty of walking as we explored the fascinating Islamic historical sites, but the schedule was never rushed or too tiring. The activities were well spaced out, giving us sufficient time to rest and recharge at the hotel before the next adventure. Alhamdulillah it was comfortable and awesome experience throughout. Had a great 3-day Ilmiah tour in Malacca with Hulm Hijrah. Everything was well organized and smooth from start to finish. One of the highlights was visiting the oldest mosque and praying Suboh together. It was a peaceful and meaningful experience. Alhamdulillah, just completed umrah with my mom and dad through Hulm Hijrah. From start to end, they handled everything with true amanah. When our original flight was unexpectedly cancelled, I was worried, especially with elderly parents. But the Hulm Hijrah team stayed calm and immediately secured alternative flights. They rearranged everything so we could still perform our umrah without major delays. The constant updates gave us so much peace of mind. Special thanks to Ustaz Sadam — he was the definition of patient and sincere. Explained every step of the ibadah clearly, made sure my parents were never rushed or confused during tawaf and saie, and always checked on them. He even helped us during ziarah and made the whole journey meaningful with his ilmu. My parents loved him. Hotels were exactly as promised — in both Makkah and Madinah we were within walking distance to the haram. No long, tiring walks for my parents. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and check-in was smooth. The whole team took care of logistics, wheelchairs when needed, and all the small details so we could just focus on ibadah. We arrived safely in Singapore on 12 April night, as planned, after completing our 13-day private Umrah with Hulm Hijrah & Tours. Alhamdulillah. I recently performed my Umrah with Hulm Hijrah together with my Mother and Alhamdulillah it was a meaningful and well-managed journey overall. The team handled my Mother’s Umrah visa process well since my mother is a PR citizen, and everything was explained clearly. They were also very transparent with the costs, which gave us a lot of trust and reassurance. Although our journey was challenging — our flights were cancelled twice — the team remained supportive and responsive, and Alhamdulillah we still managed to fly and complete our Umrah. I truly appreciate their effort in making it happen for us. The hotels in both Madinah and Makkah were very well chosen — strategically located close to the mosques, making it convenient and easy for us to focus on our ibadah without worrying about long distances. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and suitable for resting after long days and the buffet meals were great. Transport was also smooth, with a comfortable bus provided throughout the journey, which made travelling between locations much more pleasant. On top of that, clear daily instructions and guidance were given, so we always knew what to expect and felt well-prepared each day. Special thanks to our mutawwif, Ustaz Saddam Hussein, who managed the group very well on his own despite having no additional pegawai. He was patient, organised, and always ready to guide and assist us, making the whole experience much smoother and more meaningful. Any questions were clarified clearly and knowledges were shared meaningfully to us. May Allah reward his efforts and continue to bless him in leading future jemaahs. Our Umrah trip as a family with two young children turned out to be an incredibly beautiful and rewarding experience—far better than we had imagined. Traveling with kids can often feel overwhelming, but this journey was surprisingly smooth and well-managed. From the start, everything was thoughtfully arranged with families in mind. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and very close to the Haram, which made a huge difference when managing prayer times with young children. Being able to return quickly to rest or attend to the kids made the entire experience much less stressful. Everyone were patient, supportive, and always ready to help—whether it was assisting with strollers, giving practical advice, or simply showing kindness when the kids got a little restless. Performing Umrah with our children added a completely new dimension to the journey. Seeing the Kaaba together as a family was an emotional and unforgettable moment. Even though the kids are young, being in such a spiritual environment felt meaningful for all of us. We were able to complete the rituals at a comfortable pace, taking breaks when needed, which made it manageable and enjoyable. There were also plenty of small conveniences that made a big difference—easy access to food, family-friendly facilities, and safe, welcoming spaces. These details helped us stay focused on the spiritual purpose of the trip while still meeting the needs of our children. Most importantly, this journey gave us precious family bonding time in a truly special setting. It’s something we will always cherish, and we’re grateful that our children could be part of such a meaningful experience from a young age. We would highly recommend this Umrah trip to families with young kids. With the right planning and support, it can be a smooth, enriching, and deeply memorable journey for everyone.

I was in a situation of a dire need to travel overseas URGENTLY at the last minute. In view of the fact that it is the eve of Chinese New Year, I tried to book air tickets online through several airlines but was unable to get favorable flights with economical value OR to accept return flights with exorbitant costs. After a frantic search, I managed to contact HULM HIJRAH & TOURS (Mr. HUZAINI). After explaining my situation to him, I was pleasantly surprised that not only did Mr. HUZAINI manage to get me a favorable flight, but also a favorable return flight at an economical value. Alhamdillah, my husband and I joined Hulm Hijrah’s Umrah Al-Mawaddah in December 2025, and our experience was beyond satisfactory. We enjoyed the facilities booked for us, the proximity of the masjid to our hotels, the food provided, the time given to each ziarah location, the explanations by Ustaz Muhammad & Ustazah Syariati.
