My mum (Beeve) went on their Uzbekistan tour and absolutely loved it. She is an elderly traveller and was very well taken care of throughout the trip. The organiser Huzaini and tour guides were kind, considerate, and always willing to help, which gave us great peace of mind. This was my first time travelling with Hulm Hijrah on a packaged tour, and InsyaAllah will not be my last.👌 As a 74 year old traveller, I truly appreciated how well the itinerary was designed. There was plenty of walking as we explored the fascinating Islamic historical sites, but the schedule was never rushed or too tiring. The activities were well spaced out, giving us sufficient time to rest and recharge at the hotel before the next adventure. Alhamdulillah it was comfortable and awesome experience throughout. Had a great 3-day Ilmiah tour in Malacca with Hulm Hijrah. Everything was well organized and smooth from start to finish. One of the highlights was visiting the oldest mosque and praying Suboh together. It was a peaceful and meaningful experience. Alhamdulillah, just completed umrah with my mom and dad through Hulm Hijrah. From start to end, they handled everything with true amanah. When our original flight was unexpectedly cancelled, I was worried, especially with elderly parents. But the Hulm Hijrah team stayed calm and immediately secured alternative flights. They rearranged everything so we could still perform our umrah without major delays. The constant updates gave us so much peace of mind. Special thanks to Ustaz Sadam — he was the definition of patient and sincere. Explained every step of the ibadah clearly, made sure my parents were never rushed or confused during tawaf and saie, and always checked on them. He even helped us during ziarah and made the whole journey meaningful with his ilmu. My parents loved him. Hotels were exactly as promised — in both Makkah and Madinah we were within walking distance to the haram. No long, tiring walks for my parents. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and check-in was smooth. The whole team took care of logistics, wheelchairs when needed, and all the small details so we could just focus on ibadah. We arrived safely in Singapore on 12 April night, as planned, after completing our 13-day private Umrah with Hulm Hijrah & Tours. Alhamdulillah. I recently performed my Umrah with Hulm Hijrah together with my Mother and Alhamdulillah it was a meaningful and well-managed journey overall. The team handled my Mother’s Umrah visa process well since my mother is a PR citizen, and everything was explained clearly. They were also very transparent with the costs, which gave us a lot of trust and reassurance. Although our journey was challenging — our flights were cancelled twice — the team remained supportive and responsive, and Alhamdulillah we still managed to fly and complete our Umrah. I truly appreciate their effort in making it happen for us. The hotels in both Madinah and Makkah were very well chosen — strategically located close to the mosques, making it convenient and easy for us to focus on our ibadah without worrying about long distances. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and suitable for resting after long days and the buffet meals were great. Transport was also smooth, with a comfortable bus provided throughout the journey, which made travelling between locations much more pleasant. On top of that, clear daily instructions and guidance were given, so we always knew what to expect and felt well-prepared each day. Special thanks to our mutawwif, Ustaz Saddam Hussein, who managed the group very well on his own despite having no additional pegawai. He was patient, organised, and always ready to guide and assist us, making the whole experience much smoother and more meaningful. Any questions were clarified clearly and knowledges were shared meaningfully to us. May Allah reward his efforts and continue to bless him in leading future jemaahs. Our Umrah trip as a family with two young children turned out to be an incredibly beautiful and rewarding experience—far better than we had imagined. Traveling with kids can often feel overwhelming, but this journey was surprisingly smooth and well-managed. From the start, everything was thoughtfully arranged with families in mind. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and very close to the Haram, which made a huge difference when managing prayer times with young children. Being able to return quickly to rest or attend to the kids made the entire experience much less stressful. We were able to complete the rituals at a comfortable pace, taking breaks when needed, which made it manageable and enjoyable. These details helped us stay focused on the spiritual purpose of the trip while still meeting the needs of our children. I was in a situation of a dire need to travel overseas URGENTLY at the last minute. In view of the fact that it is the eve of Chinese New Year, I tried to book air tickets online through several airlines but was unable to get favorable flights with economical value OR to accept return flights with exorbitant costs. After a frantic search, I managed to contact HULM HIJRAH & TOURS (Mr. HUZAINI). After explaining my situation to him, I was pleasantly surprised that not only did Mr. HUZAINI manage to get me a favorable flight, but also a favorable return flight at an economical value. This was my first Umrah with my husband, and we were travelling together with my sister and brother-in-law. As there were many tour agencies in Singapore offering Umrah packages, we took some time to consider our options. In the end, we chose Hulm Hijrah as the package offered dates that suited us well (3–14 December), and Ustazah Syariati would also be accompanying the group. Knowing that we would have a trusted figure to guide us throughout the journey gave my sister and me great reassurance. The pre-Umrah classes and briefings were conducted in intimate and comfortable settings, which made it easy for us to ask questions and seek clarification. There was no pressure at all—only constant support and encouragement, especially in helping us move as a group. Throughout our time in Makkah and Madinah, we had very positive experiences with Hulm Hijrah’s handling of administrative, logistical, and even unexpected matters. The hotel locations were superb, the daily itineraries were well planned, and the ziarah days were thoughtfully arranged to be meaningful and enriching for the pilgrims. What truly stood out was Hulm Hijrah’s flexibility and openness to feedback. For instance, reporting times at the hotel lobby were adjusted to allow pilgrims more rest, and itinerary options were provided to cater to different needs and preferences.
