My experience for 12 days with Hulm Hijrah was a blessing, Alhamdullilah. Kudos to the team led by Ustaz Huszaini, Mutawwif Ustaz Ilyas and officer Azry for itinerary well planned & executed. Communications was clear & engaging. Transportation's arrangement (flight, speed train & bus) were hassle free. They were very accomodative to all our needs & requests. Hotel rooms was nice and comfortable and food was excellent & abundant. Apart from the ibadah programme, we had awesome & fun time from the riadah time especially the luge ride👍On a personal level, my husband and I were very engaged in our ibadah with proper guidance & patience from both ustaz. Truly A JOURNEY OF A LIFETIME for us. Alhamdullilah
I went for my first umrah with Hulm Hijrah recently in Oct with 13 of my family members it was an amazing experience with them. I want to compliment Ustaz Huzaini with his professionalism and be caring towards his Jemaah ensuring everyone was comfortable and safe. He even accommodated to my uncle who had to do dialysis which I feel beyond grateful for. Another thing I would like to compliment They would check up on us and ask if we were okay and if we needed anything especially I unfortunately fell sick halfway through the journey they were really caring towards me which really touched me. The staff of Hulm Hijrah, were all very friendly especially Pewagai Linda and Muttawif Mohamad who were very patient with the jemaah. Alhamdulillah this is my second time of Umrah that I went.Previously was in big group.This time round was in small group but it was all good as the jemaah all are like family.Pegawai Linda was friendly,caring,helpful and ensuring us that everything all goes well and updating us in single things to make sure that we won't miss out in anything.Mutawiff Ustaz Mohd was very patient with us and will share all e historical stories in Macca n Madinah.With all the ibadah we had there,we oso had some good activities for us such as the ATV and also the luge in Taif to destress our mind.Overall good service,I lost my tag in Raudah and the next moment when I came back to Singapore they gave u another one to keep as a memories.Inshaa Allah maju jaya Hulm HijrahKeep this journey as a lifetime forever and ever ❤️
